  2. HOW TO SHOP ONLINE?

    Sign Up / Register

    All personal information you provide during registration will be used to process your orders and to keep your personal details for next purchases. We encourage you to sign-up for newsletter. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new items, and other store-related events. When you visit Petitecupcakes.com, we do not collect your personal information until you register and order with us.

    Shopping Online

    Shopping online at Petitecupcakes.com is easy. Select the items you would like to buy, click Add To Bag and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Click Proceed to Order to confirm your items or click on the icon at the top right hand corner and it will guide you through the entire purchase process.

    You will receive an order confirmation and order id by e-mail once your order has been successfully transmitted. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

    In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment.

    Item Availability

    All items on Petitecupcakes.com are in stock unless noted otherwise. If the item is out of stock and waiting to be restocked, you will be given the option to request email notification when the item is available again for sale.

    We make every effort to keep our system updated. Orders with out of stock items will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email or phone. If your order has been cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you have the option to change to other items or receive a full refund.

    Payment

    If payment has not been made within 3 days from the order date, your order will be automatically cancelled. For example, if you order on the 1st, the latest payment is on the 3rd otherwise the order will be cancelled.

    Payment can be made via bank transfer to our BCA account and PAYPAL for international customers.

    Once payment has been made, you must confirm your payment through our website by clicking Confirm Payment icon and submit your order id. After we received your payment, we will ship your order the next working day.

    Order Status

    You can check your order status by clicking Track Order and submit your order id. If the order has been shipped, you can expect to receive your package in approximately 1-3 working days for domestic and 5-10 working days for international.

    Shipping Policy

    To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your bag and proceed to check out. You will be able to view the shipping cost on the page of check out process.

    Petite Cupcakes ships domestic packages via TIKI JNE. Regular service is 2-4 days. Fast service is 2 days delivery. We offer FREE Regular Service delivery charges for Jakarta area only. For international delivery, we use EMS (5-10 working days). Shipment will be processed the next day after we receive your payment. All packages are shipped during business days (Monday - Friday).

  3. WHAT IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

    We do not accept exchange because you dislike the style/color. All sales items are final sale and may not be returned/exchanged.

    Return & Exchange is applicable if:

    - You received faulty/defect items In the case of stock unavailability, you may choose to exchange to other style of the same price / above or receive a full refund including shipping cost (if any). - You would like to exchange size We will deliver back to you the same style. However, if the size to be exchanged is not available, you may choose to exchange to other style of the same price or above.

    Returned items must be in original condition, HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached.

    To process a return or exchange:

    1. Send an e-mail to info@petitecupcakes.com within 7 days after you receive the items include the reason for return/exchange. 2. After your return/exchange is approved by Petite Cupcakes, then you can send back the to us.

    3. Items must be received in our showroom within 7 days from the date you received the package. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier, as we are not responsible for missing items or packages.

    Please note our return policy is applicable to website orders only.

    International Order

    Unfortunately, once an international order is shipped we cannot accept it for returns or exchanges.
